Acicastello and Acitrezza

Acicastello is characterized by coastal tourism thanks to many hotels and clubs that offer to tourists and inhabitants of the area a lot of possible diversions.

The castle and the square at its foot are the favorite destinations for those who like walking among sea, sun and charming views.

The little streets of the town offer to visitors beautiful eighteenth-century works made of lava, ancient trees, little altars among the pebbles and the flagstones of Via Savoia and other little streets that lead to the sea. nside the castle a little civic museum and some beautiful succulents in the botanical garden are very appreciated.

Not to far from Acicastello there is Acitrezza, in its origins it was a fishing village. It is famous for its wonderful “faraglioni” (staks).
